Menu changes requests can be sent via via bit.ly/foodpandasupport. Please note that a camera captured image of your latest dine in menu is required for price verification purposes. You may also edit your menu via your restaurant portal.
What is the average processing time for menu changes?
The average processing time is 2-5 working days, depending on the extent of the changes.
If there are technical issues with the devices, how long will it take for a replacement to arrive?
